What is your return policy for custom items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your mats arrive damaged or do not fit as described, we will provide a full refund or a replacement. Please note that custom-embroidered items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Are the fixing clips included with the mats?
Absolutely. All our mats come with the correct safety fixing clips that match your vehicle's original floor pegs to prevent the mats from slipping while driving.
